"Complex, developing, varietal and enticing bouquet of dried herbs and plums, there’s a savoury quality then red cherry and spice. Dry, salivating a rather delicious on the palate. Ripe hand picked fruit, gentle winemaking and maturation in French oak have resulted in a complex and powerful wine. It has aromas of dark plum and chocolate, with a rich silk smooth palate and long spicy finish. A great example of one of the best Central Otago Pinot Noirs. Drinking fantastically well now and will develop and cellar for several years.
