The wine shows delightful aromas of peaches and melon with hazelnut and hints of toffee on the palate. This wine is best served slightly chilled.
This Chardonnay was made from grapes grown the winemakers family owned vineyard. Ripe hand picked fruit and barrel fermentation in French oak has given a wonderfully balanced wine with rich texture and fruit. 100% French Oak for 9 months, 29% new oak. Malolactic fermentation.
