This wine has a rich luxurious nose with aromas of ripe pear and fig with hints of honeysuckle. A beautifully textured wine showing delicate, ripe flavours of melon, and apple, and subtle spice. The finish is Harmonious and round with excellent weight and length.

The fruit was harvested at optimum ripeness from a selection of vineyards in Marlborough’s Wairau and Awatere Valleys.

After pressing, the juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures to enhance the purity of varietal flavours.
