2025 Wishbone Marlborough Chardonnay Light gold with a delicate lemon rim, this medium-styled Chardonnay is partially oak barrel fermented and matured on light lees to build texture and complexity. Fresh aromas of ripe stonefruit and citrus are complemented by a subtle creamy note. The palate is clean and vibrant with nectarine, peach and lemon flavours, unfolding into a full, round shape. Malolactic fermentation adds a smooth, rich mouthfeel, while gentle oak and warm spice carry through to a lingering finish. Enjoy now or cellar for 3–5 years.
