Dry

Very pale straw colour in the glass. Ripe fruits, red currant notes with tropical fruits underneath. Passionfruit, melon, juicy fruits with a long, elegant finish.

Crushed almost immediately after harvest, juice from the Sauvignon Blanc grapes was gently drained off the skins and collected from the press. Receiving a moderate amount of skin contact post-crushing to retain colour, winemakers slow-fermented in cool temperatures to lift and enhance the tropical fruit aromas for which the Marlborough region is renowned.

Perched between the Tasman Sea and Pacific Ocean, the land is one of humbling extremes. Storm fronts sweep across the regions, whipping the landscape into unruly contours and carving terrain of awe-inspiring beauty. The distinctive range of wines is skilfully crafted to embody the wild grace intrinsic to this land.
