Pale pink. Cherry, watermelon, wild strawberry, and ripe nectarine. Creamy berry notes with subtle sweetness and a bright refreshing citrusy finish.

Perched between the Tasman Sea and Pacific Ocean, our land is one of humbling extremes. Our distinctive range of wines is skilfully crafted to embody the wild grace intrinsic to this land.

Crushed directly to press, our Pinot Noir grapes were given light skin contact to attain a bright rose gold colour, with a hint of magnenta. We used a long cool fermentation with a neutral yeast, allowing the grapes to naturally express their flavours and aromas in this lovely bright refreshing Rosé.

Food Pairing: Best enjoyed with salmon, creamy prawn pasta, or a goats cheese, rocket and nectarine salad.
