This Pinot Gris is made in a fresh, dry style and has a rich mouthfeel and fine texture.  Lovely aromas of pear, citrus and white blossom on the nose with a persistent palate that is laden with beautiful stone fruit flavours and a touch of spice. Made with food pairing in mind, this Pinot Gris is deceptively complex and a good candidate for cellaring for up to 10+ years.

"Gorgeously refined and elegantly expressed, the wine shows white flesh peach, fig, lemon peel, almond meal and nougat characters on the nose. The palate displays excellent weight and creamy flow, wonderfully framed by fleshy texture and finely infused acidity, finishing superbly long and stylish. This concentrated, bright and citrus-laden Chardonnay showcases the advantages of growing grapes at elevation in a warmer season. There is a delicious combination of fresh citrus, orange zest and apple on the nose, while the palate has incredible fruit purity and exquisite freshness. Each layer comes together in wonderful harmony delivering a very balanced and delicious wine.  Intensely focused and fresh in its youth, this wine should develop beautifully for 12+ years.
