A pale straw coloured Sauvignon Blanc with glints of emerald in the glass. This wine presents aromas of grapefruit, gooseberry and crushed herb with tomato leaf in the mix on the nose. The palate reflects the nose, displaying great vibrancy and fruit weight balanced beautifully with clean, crisp acidity, all gathering momentum to the finish.
An estate established in the name of the late Joyce Whyte, whose lifelong dream was to have a vineyard and winery.
Food Pairing: Enjoy with feta and goats cheese in a leafy salad.
