An alluring bouquet of ripe peach and nectarine with lifted oak spice. The creamy palate delivers complex layers of ripe stonefruit, with lemon zest with subtle oak and a hint of gingerbread. A generous and full mid palate with a pleasant silkiness to the mouth feel and a long, lingering finish. Whalebone Chardonnay will continue to develop complexity over the next few years.

Food Pairing: It is delicious on its own, or wonderfully paired with creamy risotto and fresh crusty bread.
