The creamy palate delivers complex layers of ripe stonefruit, with lemon zest and creamy nougat. A generous and full mid palate with a pleasant silkiness to the mouth feel and a long steely finish.
Food Pairing: Whalebone Chardonnay will continue to develop complexity over the next few years. It is delicious on its own, or a wonderfully paired with creamy chicken casserole and fresh crusty bread.
