A lively twist on our classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. This wine features tropical notes of passionfruit and ripe papaya, with subtle tomato leaf aromatics. The palate offers flavours of gooseberry and blackcurrant bud, supported by a touch of wet stone minerality and a light spritz for added freshness. 

Grapes were sourced from select vineyard sites across Marlborough and quickly transported to the winery to maintain fruit integrity. After gentle pressing with minimal skin contact, the juice was fermented in stainless steel to preserve varietal purity and aromatic intensity. A small amount of carbonation was added at the end of the process for a crisp, refreshing finish. Food pairing: Ideal on its own or served with seared tuna, soy, and red chili. Best enjoyed now or within three years.
