The lifted perfume of spring cherry blossom Is enhanced by vivacious bubbles. The palate is undoubtably crisp with freeze dried strawberries and fresh raspberry flavours. Despite being rich in fruit, this lively Sparkling Rose maintains a dry and elegant style, perfect for a hot summer’s day.

A one hundred percent Marlborough Pinot Noir Sparkling Rosé sourced from various selected sites. These grapes were machine harvested in the cool of the morning while the grapes were at their freshest. The Winemakers left the grape skins on for just a few hours extracting such delicate flavour, aromas and colours before pressing them off. The juice was fermented in cool temperature controlled stainless steel tanks to retain the fresh fruit characteristics. Once finished, the winemaking team worked their magic in bringing this wine to life through carbonation, crafting a fresh and vivacious Sparkling Rosé.
