Description

Dry, Feijoa, Passionfruit

"It's gorgeously fruited and enticing on the nose with passionfruit, feijoa, jalapeno, and green rock melon characters, followed by a wonderfully weighted palate offering terrific fruit power and persistence. Classically expressed with a sustained, delicious finish. At its best: now to 2028" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Jun 2026

"Aromas of tropical fruits and sweet citrus, lemon and lime, pineapple and apple. Crisp, saline and dry with an abundance of salivating acidity, flavours of citrus and tropical fruit, some green herb and stone. Best drinking from late 2026, even early 2027 through 2030" Cameron Douglas, Master Sommelier

Expressive and vibrant, this Sauvignon Blanc opens with lifted aromas of tropical passionfruit, ripe papaya, and a subtle thread of fresh herbs. The palate is concentrated yet precise, revealing a dynamic interplay of gooseberry, blackcurrant bud, and guava, layered with gentle herbaceous nuances that carry through to a long, refined finish.

Fruit was sourced from carefully selected vineyard sites across Marlborough and handled with precision to capture its natural purity. Following harvest, the grapes were promptly transported to the winery, gently pressed, and cool-fermented in stainless steel to preserve aromatic intensity and clarity of varietal expression.

Food Pairing: Equally compelling on its own or paired with seared tuna, soy, and red chilli. Crafted for immediate enjoyment, with the balance to evolve gracefully over the next three years.
