This Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc has intense aromas of blackcurrant, nettle and fresh green capsicum. Layers of  tropical passionfruit combine with a rich herbaceous thread and salty characters to provide exceptional length and intensity.

Grapes for this delicious Sauvignon Blanc were sourced predominantly in the lower Wairau sub region.

Grapes were transported to the winery quickly and pressed off immediately to minimize skin content. It was then fermented in stainless steel to retain freshness and aromatics.

Food Pairing: Perfect as an aperitif or a terrific match with freshly shucked natural oysters.
