This Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc has elegant aromas of passionfruit and rockmelon combined with a subtle hint of sea salt.  Layers of  blackcurrant and green capsicum combine with intense herbaceous and salty characters to provide exceptional length and intensity.

Grapes for this delicious Sauvignon Blanc were sourced predominantly in the lower Wairau sub region.

Grapes were transported to the winery quickly and pressed off immediately to minimize skin content. It was then fermented in stainless steel to retain freshness and aromatics.

Food Pairing: Perfect for immediate drinking on its own or a terrific match for prawns with tarragon and lemon butter sauce and herb salad.
