Grapes were sourced from a vineyard in the Wairau valley region of Marlborough. The grapes were carefully monitored during ripening and harvested in the cool of the evening at maximum flavour maturity and physiological ripeness.
Food Pairing: Absolutely stunning when paired with Asian spiced pork belly.
