Gorgeous aromas of perfumed rose water and lifted spice. The luscious rich palate with an abundance of dragon fruit and Turkish delight gives an elegant purity. This gewürztraminer is drinking beautifully now and will continue to evolve and reward with further bottle age for the next five years from vintage date.

Grapes were sourced from a vineyard in the Wairau valley region of Marlborough.

The grapes were carefully monitored during ripening and harvested in the cool of the evening at maximum flavour maturity and physiological ripeness.

Food Pairing: A perfect match with Pork Tenderloin and honey garlic sauce.
