Our 2025 Chardonnay shines with a light gold core and a fine lemon rim—a visual cue to its freshness and clarity of style. The bouquet is bright and inviting, offering fresh stonefruit, citrus blossom, and ripe nectarine, layered with a delicate cream note from its time on lees. The palate is fresh and clean, driven by flavours of peach, nectarine, and lemon zest. Barrel influence introduces subtle oak spice, which unfolds toward the finish, adding warmth and depth without overshadowing the fruit. The malolactic integration brings a rounded, harmonious texture, resulting in a wine that is full-bodied, rich, and beautifully balanced.
