A stylish Chardonnay with aromas of white peach, lifted spice and toasted hazelnut. The palate is elegant and silky with stone fruit flavours, and a subtle oak character. An attractive, easy-drinking style with a long, lingering finish. Drinking well now and will continue to develop over the next few years.
Fruit for this wine was harvested from a select number of Marlborough vineyards, The wine is partially fermented in seasoned French oak and these nutty oak notes support the bright fruit flavours.
Food Pairing: Match with Poached Chicken in Lemon Butter Sauce or creamy pasta dishes.
