This beautifully aged Syrah shows bright aromatics of violet, red cherry, and ripe black plum. The palate has an elegant structure with flavors of black cherry, blueberry, succulent red plum, and subtle oaky flavors on the finish.

Grown in Hawke’s Bay, this aromatic Syrah is bursting with blueberry and black cherry fruits. The fruit for this 2020 Syrah was sourced from a single vineyard within the renowned Hawke’s Bay region.

At the winery, the ripened fruit was held in a cold soak for five days before beginning its fermentation process. At this time, the fruit was hand plunged by our winemaking team to extract maximum colour and flavor from the grapes. The pressed fruit was sent into a mix of stainless-steel tanks French oak before being blended, aged, and prepared for bottling.
