Dense and compact garnet red. Great intensity and persistence, with ethereal, fruity aromas of sour cherries preserved in alcohol, floral notes of dried flowers and sweet spices. Structure and prominent softness, well-polished tannins.
Obtained from grapes grown in Valpolicella and using the traditional method of Appassimento in the grape drying facility.
Corvina and other grapes allowed by the production regulations.
Food Pairing: Distinguished red meats, beef olives with plums, dark chocolate.
