With generous ripe fruit, its clearly from somewhere sunny, warm, & dusty - in this case north-eastern Spain. Earthy, spicy, rich with strawberry, blueberry, violets and milk chocolate, it has a plump palate and pleasingly dry finish. The wine is elaborated under organic criteria with garnacha grape. It reflects the main features of the variety, such as red and black fruits aroma, freshness and intensity.
Sourced from vineyards of Garnacha from 10 to 30 years old.
Temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, where all the aromas are preserved.
