This Gewürztraminer shows perfumed aromas of lychee and yellow pear combining with fresh clover honey, rose petal, and ginger spice. The palate reveals similar flavours, finishing with a gentle soft texture and an off-dry finish.

Our Gewürztraminer fruit was harvest and gently pressed, then settled and clarified prior to cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks. This wine is a blend from Gisborne and Marlborough vineyards, each region contributing unique aroma and flavour characteristics.

Food Pairing: This wine complements many food styles including white meats and salads, cheese boards. It pairs particularly well with Asian and Indian inspired cuisine.
