The Blush Sauvignon reveals vibrant aromas of passionfruit and fresh herbs, with a splash of Merlot adding floral blossom and delicate red berry notes. The cool climate within New Zealand's wine-growing regions provides freshness and natural acidity.
The 2025 vintage was marked by abundant yields and settled weather, which allowed for slow and even ripening. The result is elegant wines with exceptional purity and freshness.
The grapes were harvested at moderate sugar levels to preserve freshness while achieving excellent flavour intensity. The parcels were gently pressed, and settled clear before being racked and inoculated to ferment at cool temperatures in stainless-steel tanks. At blending, a splash of Cabernet Franc was added before the wine was finished and bottled.
Food Pairing: Perfect as an aperitif, this wine is best served chilled and can also be enjoyed with fresh alfresco fare.
