The vine Pinot Noir in Sicily gives a intense ruby red wine. The nose is fine, fruity with hints of raspberry and blackberry. On the palate slightly tannic and harmonious body.
100% organic Pinot Noir grapes grown in red sandy soil, 170m above sea level in the Hyblean Hills.
Grapes are macerated for 10 days with marcs and fermentated at controlled temperatures. Wine is aged for 6 months in steel and 3-6 months in the bottle.
