Vibrant pale pink with coppery tints. An intense palate of aromas, with successive notes of fresh lemon and exotic fruit combined with flaunty florals embodying the vineyard's audacious image. This unexpected Rosé reveals all in the mouth, with an explosion of freshness underlined with spicy white pepper.

Ultimate is the epitome of a resolutely contemporary Provence rosé The grapes unite in a symphony of fruit with floral touches and spicier notes, mainly from the Syrah and Rolle grapes Its pale colour alternating coppery and silvery tints, is the fruit of our know how combined with a hand picked selection of the finest juices from the press, followed by stabilization of lees to enrich the bouquet and flavour The fermentation temperature is maintained at around 16 18 C Short ageing on lees precedes final blending and bottling.

The vineyard is bordered by a stunning nature reserve, on the edge of an expansive oak forest. Shallow topsoil, layered over an impermeable sandstone slab. A soil nourished by a rich humus of oak leaves and vine shoots.

Food Pairing: A perfect wine to take to a BBQ and serve with grilled chicken and vegetable skewers. The spice notes will compliment roasted meats and classic Mediterranean flavors like Greek Souvlaki or charcuterie.
