Star bright in color, vibrant pale pink that has flecks of copper reflections. A unique combination of classic Provencal red berries leading to scents of the holidays – citrus fruits, pine. The spice notes from the Syrah provides a dry, white pepper characteristic across the entire palate. The vineyard is bordered by a stunning nature reserve, on the edge of an expansive oak forest. Shallow topsoil, layered over an impermeable sandstone slab. A soil nourished by a rich humus of oak leaves and vine shoots.
