Description
Dry, Pear, Spice
"It's finely expressed on the nose, showing Asian pear, rockmelon, Gala apple, and lemon peel nuances. The palate delivers excellent weight and focus, splendidly framed by fleshy texture and bright acidity, finishing wonderfully long and succulent. At its best: now to 2029" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Jan 2025

"Bright, even, pale straw yellow. The nose is full and elegant, with aromas of Nashi pear, apple, jasmine, honey and a touch of spice. Medium-full bodied, dry to taste, aromas of Nashi pear and apple melded with jasmine, talcum, a touch of honey and white pepper dusting. The mouthfeel is delicate and silky, carrying fresh acidity and good energy to a crisp, refined, long finish. This stylish, dry Pinot Gris is refreshing and refined with delicate flavour and freshness" Candice Chow, Raymond Chan Reviews, Apr 2025
Golden straw in colour with fresh aromas of pear, toasted pine nuts, and lifted Turkish delight awaken your senses. Fresh stone fruit roasted almond flavours mingle with wild herbs.
