Description

Apple, Dry, Melon

"Vibrant, fruity, varietal, fresh and ready to drink expression with flavours of passionfruit and citrus, some fresh herb and river pebble seams then apple and lime. A balanced, salivating and well made wine with a crisp backbone of acidity, plenty of core fruit flavours and balanced, even finish. Ready for summer" Cameron Douglas, Master Sommelier, Oct 2025

"The aromas of a summer fruit bowl leap from the glass offering an energetic welcome passage to this Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. An entry-level wine for the famed Nautilus Estate label, I keep coming back to that word ""energy"". It's hard to avoid that spark and lift. Passionfruit, green melon, kiwi fruit and grapefruit are all in the mix and that's before even putting my lips to the glass. Clean and crisp with a zippy acidity, a gentle herbal edge raises its hand late with a dash of lemon juice matching a grapefruit tang. This will be sure to find its people - it shines with broad appeal and lands where it needs to be for Savvy fans. Tick!" Q Wine, Nov 2025

With a lively fragrance and crisp palate, citrus flavours and hints of fresh herbs lead to a zesty, mouthwatering finish. Ideal on its own or with seafood, Asian flavours and anything fresh, zingy or bold, this is a very food-friendly wine.

We do one thing and do it well. As the chosen one, we pour all our knowledge and love into crafting this single Sauvignon Blanc that has consistent quality, year on year. Grown and made exclusively in Marlborough, New Zealand, Twin Islands Sauvignon Blanc 2024 is the essence of the region.

The 2025 growing season was favourable overall, with only a few cool spring mornings and a well-timed warm spell in December that supported strong Sauvignon Blanc flowering and fruit set. Summer remained dry, with light rains before harvest that refreshed the vines. Bunch weights increased steadily, leading to an abundant crop—so much so that some fruit was left unharvested to avoid overfilling the winery. Sauvignon Blanc was picked in three phases over 24 days, the longest harvest period in a decade, resulting in a diverse range of aromas and flavours that will provide excellent blending options.
