Amazingly intense nose of tropical passionfruit and grapefruit combined with a suble green thread. The palate is vibrant and crisp with gooseberry, blackcurrant and salty mineral notes. Beautifully balanced with bright acidity and a lingering, silky finish.
Made from fruit harvested throughout Marlborough predominantly in the lower Wairau sub-region and cool fermented in stainless steel to retain those fresh Marlborough flavours and zing.
Food Pairing: Enjoy with Goats cheese and Asparagus Tarts.
