Amazingly intense nose of tropical passionfruit and zesty gooseberry.  The palate is vibrant and crisp with nectarine, grapefruit and salty mineral notes. Beautifully balanced with bright acidity and a lingering, silky finish.

Made from fruit harvested throughout Marlborough predominantly in the lower Wairau sub-region and cool fermented in stainless steel to retain those fresh Marlborough flavours and zing.

Food Pairing: Enjoy with garlic prawns or Thai-style chicken salad.
