Description

Apple, Lime, Off-dry

A refreshing, easy drinking Riesling with flavours of green apple and lemon and lime zest. The palate is fresh and crisp with a hint of sweetness on the finish and some underlying minerality. Sourced from a variety of sites predominantly in Marlborough’s Awatere Valley, this Riesling is light bodied with an off dry mouthfeel allowing for a long, lingering finish. Perfect for drinking now or may cellar well for two to three years from vintage date.

Food Pairing: A lovely aperitif to have on its own or a fabulous match with spicy Mexican dishes such as enchiladas and green salsa.
