An elegant nose with notes of pear, warm brioche and appealing cinnamon. Fresh flavours of melon, crisp apple and a touch of citrus. Mouthfilling and smooth with lively acids and a refreshing, lengthy back palate.
The fruit for this Pinot Gris comes from a selection of vineyards in the Wairau and Awatere valleys. All vineyards where the fruit was sourced exhibit moderate fertility and the grapes were carefully monitored during maturity to ensure they were harvested at the peak of flavour development and ripeness.
