Fragrant with aromas of white nectarine and pear with lifted oak spice. A creamy full-bodied wine showing notes of fresh stone fruit interlaced with creamy nougat with balanced acidity and a long savoury finish. Crisp, dry and beautifully textured. This wine is drinking well now and will continue to develop complexity over the next few years.

Made with fruit from select vineyards in Marlborough. Fruit was selected from several vineyards across the Marlborough region with a variety of different clones. This careful selection of fruit contributes to the complexity of the wine.

The grapes were harvested at optimum ripeness and fermented in seasoned oak or stainless steel tanks.

Food Pairing: Fabulous with roast chicken and seasonal vegetables.
