A vibrant red in the glass with violet tones, this wine is a delicate and balanced blend of forest fruit, plum and cherry jam. A medium-bodied Malbec displaying round tannins and a fruit-filled palate.

Grapes were destemmedand crushed. Cold maceration before fermentation 30% thermoflashvinification. 70% traditional vinification, 8 days in stainless steel tanks at 26ºC. Natural malolacticfermentation. 50% aging with American Oak for 2 months.

Trivento means three winds: The Polar, Zonda and Sudestada winds that blow across the sunny and arid land of Mendoza.
