Vibrant red in the glass with violet tones. Delicate and balanced blend of forest fruit, marmalades of plumb and cherry. Medium body displaying round tannins.
Trivento means three winds: The Polar, Zonda and Sudestada winds that blow across the sunny and arid land of Mendoza. Founded in 1996, Trivento Bodegas y Viñedos produces brand-name wines distinguished for preserving the character of the winds. These wines have received numerous recognitions at international contests and in wine industry publications.
The grapes were destemmed and crushed. Cold maceration before fermentation 30% thermoflash vinification. 70% traditional vinification, 8 days in stainless steel tanks at 26ºC. Natural malolactic fermentation. 50% aging with American Oak for 2 months.
Food Pairing: Enjoy it with Prosciutto and gruyere salad with aceto and olive oil dressing.
