The wine displays attractive yellow with silver tonalities in the glass. There is a delicate blend of pineapple with citrus notes and touches of fresh herbs. The palate offers a combiation of young and fruity, with a persitent finish.
Grapes were destemmed and crushed. Static free run previous the fermentation. Carbonic snow. 20 days of fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 15 ºC. Pre-bottling operations: Filtration with membranes.
Food Pairing: Enjoy it with Fresh vegetables sauté, chicken and mustard dressing.
