"A nicely elegant expression of Chardonnay with a clean, soft oak and peachy bouquet. Flavours on the palate extend these ideas into apple and some grapefruit. The lees work and use of wood layer in texture and breadth, flavours and spice. Medium+ acid line, a mix of spice, tree and citrus fruits with a fine seam of stone fruits, fine tannins and balanced even finish.
