Tread Softly South Australia Pinot Noir 2025 (Australia)
Offering a light yet lasting flavour profile
Offering a light yet lasting flavour profile
Description
Cherry, Spice, Strawberry
Bursting with bright cherry, strawberry, and a hint of spice, this Pinot delivers a light yet lingering flavour profile. Silky, well-integrated tannins provide gentle structure, while crisp acidity ensures a fresh, clean finish.
Crafted for the conscious consumer, Tread Softly is certified sustainable, made with modern vineyard and water management techniques to minimise environmental impact. It is bottled in sustainable, lightweight glass and the wine styles are balanced, medium weighted and naturally lighter in alcohol.
The 2025 vintage in South Australia was defined by an early, fast-paced harvest due to spring frosts, drought, and intense summer heat. Yields were down, but fruit quality was excellent, with concentrated flavours and natural acidity. Red wines show richness and depth, while whites maintain freshness and balance.
Harvested in the cool of the morning to avoid the warmer temperatures of the day. The fruit is quickly delivered to the winery for destemming and crushing prior to a regular fermentation in stainless steel tank. The wine is aerated and temp controlled for an even ferment and then spends 3 months settling in tank prior to bottling and an early release.
Food Pairing: It's an excellent choice for brunch, especially with mushroom and parmesan arancini.
