Bright and expressive, this Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc showcases lifted aromas of passionfruit, lime zest and freshly cut herbs. The palate is vibrant and refreshing, bursting with juicy citrus and tropical fruit flavours, underpinned by crisp natural acidity and a subtle mineral edge.

Tread Softly are a naturally lighter in alcohol wine brand that is ‘Sustainable Wine Growing’ certified and sustainably focused. The brand delivers a range of wines that are naturally medium weighted and consist of naturally lighter in ABV, mid and 0%. Since 2019, the brand has planted a tree for every case sold in efforts to reduce their carbon footprint and to date, has planted 2 million trees in the ‘Tread Softly Forest’ (and counting).

An early spring delivered flowering two weeks ahead of schedule, setting the stage for a generous and well-balanced 2025 harvest. A warm December gave way to a cooler January and February, slowing sugar accumulation and extending hang time. The result: exceptional aromatic intensity with the freshness Marlborough is known for. Despite high yields, careful canopy and crop management kept quality in check, producing wines of real vibrancy and precision.

Grown in the Awatere Valley of Marlborough the grapes were harvested early in maturation to ensure a moderate alcohol. The juice was separated from the skins quickly to maintain a focused vibrancy. Fermented at cool temperatures to ensure freshness and zesty style. Bottled immediately post fermentation ensured a fresh and fruit driven wine.
