A delicate & easy drinking Pinot Noir
Description
Cherry, Spice, Strawberry
A light, approachable Pinot Noir bursting with vibrant berry flavours. Fresh and juicy with subtle earthy spice, it’s silky, delicious, and a perfect match for anything off the barbecue.
Tread Softly are a naturally lighter in alcohol wine brand that is ‘Sustainable Wine Growing’ certified and sustainably focused. The brand delivers a range of wines that are naturally medium weighted and consist of naturally lighter in ABV, mid and 0%. Since 2019, the brand has planted a tree for every case sold in efforts to reduce their carbon footprint and to date, has planted 1.9 million trees in the ‘Tread Softly Forest’ (and counting).
The 2025 vintage in South Australia was defined by an early, fast-paced harvest due to spring frosts, drought, and intense summer heat. Yields were down, but fruit quality was excellent, with concentrated flavours and natural acidity. Red wines show richness and depth, while whites maintain freshness and balance.
Harvested in the cool of the morning to avoid the warmer temperatures of the day. The fruit is quickly delivered to the winery for destemming and crushing prior to a regular fermentation in stainless steel tank. To remove the alcohol, we use a high pressure low vacuum distillation process. This process does not introduce heat, which helps to maintain the delicate aromas and flavours present in the wine. This innovative process gently removes the alcohol, whilst maintaining the wine experience.
Food Pairing: It’s smooth and delicious and pairs well with anything barbecued.
