Description
Dark cherry red color. Exquisite red fruit (strawberry) aroma with a spicy note (black pepper). Warm and firm on the palate with delicate acidity.
A vintage with a warm, dry vegetative cycle. After a cold winter, the beginning of spring saw mild temperatures, and the summer was warmer than usual. In terms of precipitation, the winter was rainy, whereas the spring saw normal levels, and the summer was very dry. Under these conditions, the grapes ripened much earlier than usual.
Made from carefully selected vineyards, this iconic wine has stayed true to its incomparable personality since the first vintage in 1954.
Food Pairing: Pairs perfectly with stews, wild game, meat paellas and hearty, traditional mountain cuisine. Serve at 17ºC.
