Description
Floral, Off-dry, Pear
"This immediately appeals to the nose with rockmelon, apricot, crunchy apple, and white floral aromas. The palate displays fine flow and juicy fruit flavours with a beautifully rounded mouthfeel backed by bright acidity, finishing long and delectable" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Apr 2025

Pale straw yellow. Floral and fruity aromas. Persisent bubbles with notes of pear and a pleasant mineral finish.
The Prosecco DOC area of production is located in North East Italy, the grapes used for making Prosecco DOC are primarily of the Glera variety. It has nut-brown vines and produces long, generous bunches of golden yellow grapes. Cultivation involves vertical training of the shoots and thinning as well as pinching and tying in order to create the perfect micro-climate to encourage aromatic substances to settle on the grapes.
Vinification under cold pressure. The thermostatic control in the steel vat is taking place after the Charmat method for 3 months.
Food Pairing: To be served as an aperitif during a celebration, an anniversary, a banquet or another festal occasion.
