Chilled in the glass, the pale salmon hue of Sara’s Rosé is both elegant and inviting. The fruit-filled aromas of strawberry, rock melon and candyfloss tantalise the nose. Clean, crisp and alive with mouth-filling flavours of yellow nectarine, citrus rind and mixed berries. Fine acid carries the flavours across your palate. Refreshing, with a lingering finish – a delicious summer favourite.

We craft Toi Toi Sara’s Rosé from grapes sourced across New Zealand’s best wine growing regions – from sunny Gisborne and the Hawkes Bay to Marlborough, Waipara and Central Otago.
