Description
Hazelnut, Oak, Vanilla
"A youthful, fresh and vibrant bouquet with scents of fresh grapefruit and pineapple, then a fine lees layer and clay-like stony mineral quality. A fine layer of baking spice adds complexity - yet I feel this wine is still settling in and developing some baseline flavours/synergies. A dry wine touches the palate, still taut and youthful with core flavours of apple and citrus then white pineapple and lees. A decent acid line and some fine tannins add mouthfeel and length. Well made, just needs some more development in bottle time. Best likely from mid to late 2025 through 2029" Cameron Douglas, Master Sommelier
"Delightfully fruited and elegantly fragrant, the bouquet shows ripe peach, rockmelon, nougat, cashew, and lemon peel aromas, followed by a beautifully rounded palate offering supple texture and well-balanced acidity. Harmonious and smooth, making it immediately appealing. At its best: now to 2027" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Jan 2025
