Dark garnet colour with ruby red edges. Savoury notes of soy sauce, leather and mocha complemented with bright blackberry and cherry aromatics.

Scorching hot Summers, blistering cold Winters, bone dry schisty soils, it's hard to get your head around how something so delicious can be made from such a torturous environment. This 'Central O' Pinot Noir delivers that super lux mouthfeel that they are renown for. Toss in a blackberry or two and a couple of cherries, some well worn leather and you'll see, she's quite the plush, opulent number.
