Brimming with aromas of candied summer berries, fresh cherry and pomegranate intermingled with delicate rose petals and cotton candy, this off-dry Rosé is delciously crisp and refreshing. The palate is bursting with poached pear, honey dew melon, rhubarb and berry cobbler, with crunchy acidity and a creamy textured finish.

The fruit for this wine was hand harvested on the 16 of April 2020 at 22.5 Brix from the Three Miners Vineyard, near Alexandra. The fruit was destemmed and then allowed to cold soak in open top fermenters for 24 hours before been drained and then remaining skins pressed and combined with the free run juice. The juice was settled for 24 hours and then racked to two tanks and fermentation occurred using a selection of inoculated yeasts. The juice was fermented cool to retain flavour and fermentation was stopped once a flavour, sugar and acid balance was reached.
