Bursting with flavours of plush red fruits. The palate is mouth-filling with balanced acidity which provides freshness. Predominantly Syrah and Merlot, this Rosé can be enjoyed all year round.
Our vineyards are located in the heart of Hawkes Bay's premium red wine growing region. With its stony soils and sundrenched conditions, there is simply no better place to grow varieties for Rosé in New Zealand.
Cool fermented in stainless steel tanks using aromatic yeasts, the wine spent time on its yeast lees to lend extra texture and weight.
Food Pairing: On its own or with fresh salads, seafood dishes and charcuterie.
