This Rosé has bright aromas of reshly picked summer berries and refreshing citrus with a floral lift. The palate is mouth-filling with natural sweet fruit flavours offset by balanced acidity which provides freshness. Predominantly Merlot (72%) and Malbec (24%), this Rosé can be enjoyed all year round.

Our vineyards are located in the heart of Hawke's Bay's premium red winegrowing region. With its stony soils and sundrenched conditions, there is simply no better place to grow varieties for Rosé New Zealand.

The grapes for this wine were harvested, destemmed and quickly pressed off skins to ensure a beautiful pale pink colour. Cool fermented in stainless steel tanks using aromatic yeasts, the wine spent time on its yeast lees to lend extra texture and weight before and early bottling to retain freshness.

Food Pairing: On its own or with fresh salads, seafood dishes and charcuterie.
