A light rose-gold colour. Beautifully lifted and fragrant with bright cherry, strawberry and dried orange peel. The first sip brings the smooth, rich and slightly sweet flavour of raspberry and cherry across the tongue, followed closely by the acidity; which lifts and lightens the wine. The flavour of bitter cherry lingers long after the first sip.

Olive Hill is The Winemaker’s Wife; literally and figuratively. Her namesake wines are made for her, by her winemaker husband, Simon McGeorge.
